The Guardian shares mind-boggling photos of a glacier in Kazakhstan

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic more and more locals are visiting the magnificent glaciers of the Tian Shan mountain range near Almaty city, Kazakhstan. Guests and residents of Almaty city visit the Bogdanovich glacier which is 3,500 meters above sea level. In the photos shared by the Guardian the glacier looks more like an otherworldly landscape from some Hollywood blockbuster rather than a natural phenomenon.
